Whenever I hear the "I am incompetent" story in my mind when starting something news. I forget to find the base rates and what the actual truth is. I thought of writing a good book but told myself I am not competent because it is too much of a burden to perfect with stuff you say but as I read more. I understood that well , it is not that hard. I was thinking about it in the wrong way
