Home again. Did some studying for Perception and Memory courses. Had a spinach parm omelette in some sourdough bread for breakfast; a pack of maple instant oats with nuts and frozen berries for lunch(!); and more leftover pasta puttanesca with lemon chicken and stir fried cabbage and onion. I softened the cabbage and onion with some water which also protected the garlic and oyster sauce from burning, though I find the fish spatula really doesn't work that well for stir fry (or I'm just not used to the sound of metal scraping on metal). Seasoned my carbon steel pan twice after dinner. Seems like it doesn't take as much time on the second pass since you already have the pan quite hot.
