Went to Scotts Valley, arrived around 3:30.
Spruced up my chicken tinga tacos by heating a small portion over the stovetop and salting to taste. Tasted so much better. I could taste the individual cumin and marjoram and tomato and more of the chicken fat! Feels like it's been forever since I've undersalted/underseasoned my food so I didn't know what was happening.
