Fast day today. Slept in until 9:30, lamped out in bed for another 20 minutes. Made a turkey lettuce mustard sandwich for breakfast on the gluten-free bread Aunt Kun left behind before her trip with Uncle Mike to Hong Kong; bread felt oddly "mushy" while chewing but the taste was basically the same. Had coffee and some milky tea later. Spent half of computer time on SotC 3.0 and the other half watching cooking/gear videos. Did some online shopping for more supplies: wooden spatula, whetstone, angle guide, pan lid for the 12-inch stainless steel pan my mom gave me yesterday. It's coming on Monday, to Scotts Valley. Crossing my fingers my deliverers don't get too lost looking for this mobile home park in the Santa Cruz mountains...
