Anyway, I totally needed this. The walking was great for me and really mentally invigorated me well into tonight and possibly tomorrow -- which I sorely need since I am so behind on my summer goals, and have just been lamping out and procrastinating. I haven't even really worked on Helios, which I sorely craved to work on every other day I was at school.
