Packing is normally a brisk and quiet affair, but my slight headache slowed me a bit until I could make a double coffee and get it into my system. My headache eased up slightly later and I continued packing my laptop and other tech and extra supplies. I made the somewhat risky move of leaving my Canon RP full-frame camera behind and instead just taking my Lumix GF2 with the 28mm f/2.8 and other supplies. It would also help me focus on getting the FD 50mm f/1.4, a lighter alternative to my beloved 55mm f/1.2 that, while beautiful and sharp and bright on both my RP and GF2, just didn't handle well on the latter. I finished packing up and headed down from the dorm and down to West Remote. I loaded everything into my car and drove back home.
