more foreshortened, whereas the distances behind me looked more distant. Took some pictures. Didn't find my lens cap for my 100mm Macro lens. Ah, well. Lens caps are cheap. Wipes are also cheap, in the interim.

Night: Had dinner with Sasha. Dining services don't give out the reusable "Eco Boxes" for to-go on the weekends for whatever reason, so poor Sasha had to walk down to Rachel Carson and back up. They really looked tired. I tried opening as many doors as I could, both for the germs and their own exhaustion. Rachel Carson had pasta that night, with tortellini and Bolognese and tomato and alfredo sauce and all. We swung by the Hitchcock Lounge to get some chai, and headed back up. Talked with Sasha some more about anime, and then animated movies vs. live-action movies. They're a big fan of Satoshi Kon. The plot synopses for his movies and TV shows seem really cool. I'm thinking of watching Paprika soon.

Now: Still not much on my mind. It's probably for the better. Whether it's from good sleep last night or the return to normalcy, all I know is that I feel refreshed. I am here. The last few days are over. The past week is over. Onwards...
