This is a Dempster Everything Bagel toasted on a pan with ground turkey grease and salted butter, spread with Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product. It’s labeled as 'Cream Cheese Product' because it doesn’t meet the legal standards to be called cream cheese.
This is my usual work-from-home breakfast, but normally with a Longos Bakery Bagel. This tastes pretty good but my taste buds are still recovering from COVID, so I don't really know.
The Longo's bagels are wider, but Dempster bagels are softer. I'm not sure which bagel will be my go-to in the future.
